An amalgam of fruit from eight different sites and partial indigenous ferments creates layers of passion, lime, and citrus fruit within a beautifully textured, balanced, mineral tinged and generous palate.

Tastes
Fleshed with pure fruit, the mid palate deeply concentrated. The luscious flavours are bound by a filmy texture and subtly layered with herb, lime, citrus before finishing with intent and mineral freshness. Perfect with oysters and lightly pan seared white fleshed fish.
