Description
Alyes Send De Lenadores is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha, Merlot, and Tempranillo, where the best Spanish varieties meet some of the best of France in a delicious drinking, rich, full-bodied red with juicy fruit from Garnacha and Tempranillo with the structure of Bordeaux varietals. Vino de Pago means only grapes grown on the property are used to make this exceptional wine. Grown on soils with a high clay content producing powerful and structured wines. Indigenous yeast are used with natural Malolactic fermentation in French oak where the wine rests for 10 months. A wine with great cellaring potential of 8-10 years.
Smells
an expressive nose, aromas of red fruits, pepper, cardamom, and cocoa with earthy, meaty, and mineral notes.
Tastes
A powerful yet elegantly structured wine with body and presence. Dark fruits, cassis, sandalwood, and cedar flavours. Cabernet provides the tannic framework, chewy, long, and sinewy, personified by the fresh acid line. Well rounded and balanced, with a persistent and long finish. Serve with cured meats, soups, and stews.
