This premium Marques de Casa Concha Cabernet Sauvignon is from vineyards in the foothills of the Andes up to 650m high. Higher altitudes are cooler, resulting in greater purity and stronger varietal expression.
Smells
intensely ripe Cabernet aromas of bush ripened blackcurrants with slightly shrivelled skins, fresh tobacco leaves, cedar, blackberries, coffee, and a perfumed floral lift.
Tastes
juicy, succulent and round with typical gravelly tannins of Cabernet and firm acid. Strong dark fruits flavours roasted green veggies and an earthy, dusty finish. Hide in the cellar for 5-8 years, what a find it will be. Perfect match with dark, juicy meats.
