Smells
a complex bouquet of deep, dark, ripe blackberries and mulberries underpinned by dark, bitter chocolate, fresh coffee beans with a dusting of cinnamon and coconut.
Tastes
warm flavours of black cherry and plums, interwoven with sandalwood, vanilla, and cola nuances. The mouth-watering entry impresses giving way to a juicy mid-palate with silky smooth tannins with lingering mocha and coconut notes on the long, luxurious finish. Pair with margherita pizza, aged cheddar, or pate.
