Smells
Lovely floral perfumes, with plum, cured meat, cassis, and dark chocolate, gorgeous.
Tastes
Very fine and refined in the mouth, an excellent combo of pure fruit, dark chocolate, coffee, and finely grained tannins settle easily into a long, toasty finish. So lovely, it's hitting its straps at 3 years old and will be at its best over the next 3. Try it with lamb racks for the ultimate Hawke's Bay pairing.
