Description
Antinori is an iconic producer from Tuscany with over 100 years of tradition and winemaking experience to their name. Since 2001 this wine has been labelled IGT Toscana and represents the finest selection of grapes from farms in the region of Tuscany. A blend of Sangiovese and Bordeaux varietals.
Smells
sexy aromas of an old leather couch that feels like home, chocolate, liquorice, green coffee beans, fresh tobacco leaves, blackberries and spices.
Tastes
the palate is equally as alluring, with warm chocolate flavours, red berry fruit, earthy, leathery and savoury complexity. The fruit is velvety and plush with chewy, mouthcoating tannins and salivating acid. A superbly harmonious wine that offers fruit concentration and complexity. Drink now as it’s so good or cellar for 4-6 years. Serve with roasted red meats and pasta dishes.
