Smells
fresh bakers’ yeast, vanilla notes from old barrels with citrus and nectarine aromas make for a delicious combo.
Tastes
green pears, lime zest, firm nectarines flavours are perfectly balanced by the vanilla and yeast notes, giving length and drive. An oily, complex white wine that gives ultimate satisfaction and drinkability. Enjoy over the next few years with seafood and white meats. The recommended serving temperature is 10-12 degrees.
