Description
Escarpment is recognised worldwide for its incredible Pinot Noir and Chardonnays and this Pinot Blanc cements them even further as an inspirational, small top-quality producer that excels in all they do. This is not your average Pinot Blanc, rather true to their philosophy they are always exploring boundaries and aim to exhibit them in their winemaking approach. The use of barrel fermentation has helped them create a rich and full Pinot Blanc, a wine layered with complexity.
Smells
Lifted notes of pear, peach and white flowers with baking spices.
Tastes
Richly textured, ripe pears and stone fruit combine perfectly with subtle spice. The broad structure of Pinot Blanc is balanced by soft acidity and a long delicious finish. Enjoy now through to 2027 with white fish dishes or soft cheese.
