Description
A very rare style of sweet wine, it's a late harvest Pinot Noir from Wooing Tree's acclaimed Cromwell vineyards. Crafted by award-winning winemaker Pete Bartle to 10% alcohol and 120 grams residual sugar, it's kind of like an amazing homemade strawberry conserve in a bottle. Best not to put it on your toast though!
Smells
Sweet strawberry shortcake, warm cherries and toffee apple.
Tastes
Succulent and sweet, with gorgeously moreish strawberry, citrus and cherry flavours, the finish caresses your palate, leading you back to the glass for another sip. This would be a glorious match with oozy, dripping cheeses.
