They endeavour to source parcels of fruit that highlight regional typicity and class whilst maintaining the quality that we have all been used to prior to the new owners taking over.
Smells
typical Sauvignon aromas shine strongly on the bouquet, showing gooseberries, grassy notes with grapefruit and lemon peel.
Tastes
a clean, crisp, crunchy fruit-driven style with lemon flavours dictating the palate, balanced by the dusty, chalky texture and a striking acid thread. Drinking well now and will be the perfect match for oysters.
