Grove Mill is new to the shelves of Fine Wine Delivery Co, on quality and ethos it fits right on in. Grove Mill’s respect for the environment and especially wetlands have always been second to none. Their new label speaks of the special insects and animals that inhabit these unique parts of our countryside. Their ethos includes the use of solar power, supporting a Nurtured Wetlands Program, using recycled NZ glass bottles and labels made from sugarcane. That is doing a whole lot of good for our environment and reducing their impact on the planet. All kudos to them and we need to support those who are trying to preserve our home and natural habitats. We also need to support this Sauvignon… because its dam good and exceptional value for money.

again, the wine has richness and texture, a salty, chalky almost oyster shell grit invigorates all the senses and refreshes the tastebuds. Green fruit flavours with grapefruit pith and a saline note complete the picture and is complimented by the racy acid thread. A stunning example, drinking well now through 2025 and is perfect with fresh oysters.
