And certainly, with all the environmental disasters that seem to be plaguing our planet recently, we need to seriously reduce carbon emissions and save our home and planet. It is also refreshing to see that organically produced wines, do not need to cost the earth. We need to do our part and support those who are trying to save our world.
Smells
aromas of gooseberries, passionfruit flower, lemon zest and hints of grapefruit.
Tastes
a wine that is all about structure, with a slatey, salty texture, excellent weight throughout the palate, and finishing with concentration and depth. Slightly more restrained flavours focusing on basil, thyme, fennel, and lemon but the palate is impressive. A wine that those non-Savvy lovers will love. Drinking well now through 2026 and will pair with salads, pasta, and seafood.
