Organically cultivated and alive with the wildflowers growing amongst the vines. All helping to express the true terroir of the soil in the resulting wines.
Smells
energetic aromas of passionfruit, lime, lemon zest and a touch of gooseberry.
Tastes
A very lively expression of Savvy, speaking of the vineyard, its soil and the fabulous 2021 vintage. Classic Marlborough flavours of kaffir lime, crushed herbs, fresh basil, lemon, and gooseberries. A seamless, linear palate structure with crisp acidity flowing the entire length of the palate. A wonderfully dry, unoaked white wine that speaks of Marlborough and the variety. Home sweet home. Serve with your freshly caught catch of the day.
