Smells
Powerful and alluring aromas of passionfruit, lime zest and crushed herbs, with a flinty minerality adding density.
Tastes
Very concentrated passionfruit and gooseberries energetically and stylishly flood the palate. A lithe acidity threads the intense flavours, with a stone-edged minerality smoothing and extending the powerhouse finish. While it is delicious on its own, it will become even more divine when matched with green lip mussels or salmon fillet in crème, dill, and caper sauce. Enjoy now and through 2026+.
