Prosecco rose and Millesimato (wine from one vintage only) are nearly as rare as hen’s teeth, meaning when you see such a label, the quality in the bottle will be nothing short of excellent. A blend of 90% Glera (typical Prosecco grape variety) and 10% Pinot Noir, and from the fabulous 2020 vintage. The white grapes are whole bunch pressed, the red grapes undergo a gentle maceration to extract tannin and colour. The base wines are blended in a vat with yeast for the secondary fermentation and aged a minimum of 2 months on lees before bottling. The perfect summer wine and for all special occasions, not forgetting birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries.

A pretty copper pink colour, a creamy mousse with a mouth-filling effervescence that tickles the senses, both visually and on the palate.
