Award Winning Sidewood Sparkling wine uses exclusively hand-picked, pristine fruit, chosen from only the best blocks, it is a classic blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Using only free-run juice, then fermenting in stainless steel, allowing the winemaking team to retain the fruit's natural freshness. Partial malolactic fermentation of the Chardonnay, and extended time on lees is a masterful touch that brings beautiful secondary characters, creaminess and a mouth-filling texture. This great value Aussie Sparkling is simply sublime, this is a stunning wine that embodies the elegance of the cool climate Adelaide Hills region.
