Angus the Bull Cabernet Sauvignon may well be the perfect wine to take around to BBQ or cheeky BYO. Medium bodied with sweet red fruit and low tannins make this wine approachable in its youth and may well please even the non-red wine drinker. Enjoy through 2019 with medium rare Angus steak.
Smells
Ripe red berries and liquorice are accented by after dinner mint and oak spicy oak notes.
Tastes
Juicy and mouth filling with Doris plum notes, ripe blackberries and subtle oak. Good structure and low-level tannin lead to this wine being best consumed in the short term. Perfect with BBQ spare ribs, a match made in heaven.
