Smells
A hint of nougat, spice, quince, and pear.
Tastes
Just off-dry on the palate with an unctuous texture, and the palate has a classic Alsatian poached pear richness allied with spice and quince jelly. A lovely match with Asian-inspired dishes between now and 2025.
