Because of the integrity of our Incognito Label and program earned over 17-years; we have been entrusted by many elite NZ producers to clear unexpected surpluses of their finest wines/labels. It will drink beautifully for 3-5 years and has the weight and acidity to pair with a wide range of white meat, poultry, seafood, lightly spiced Asian and fresh Vietnamese cuisines. It will drink beautifully by itself given the classic touch of sweetness and mineral freshness balancing out its rich, pure palate.
Smells
Alluring aromas of apple blossom, guava, pear, nectarine, baking spice, Crème Brulée and honeysuckle.
Tastes
A smooth, rich palate with layers of luscious tropical fruits, pineapple, mandarin, baked pears… threaded with delicious ginger spice. Delicate phenolics and minerality with ripe lime combine to create an absorbing finish. Made for roasted chicken with all the trimmings, the perfect combo.
