A formidable duo, husband and wife team who have taken this winery to new heights, revolutionary in introducing biodynamic practices and really developing a cult status winery and brand in a region renowned for Sauvignon Blanc. Hard work, determination and a standing out from the crowd mentality has earned them a legendary, cult status. Anna and Jason are passionate about aromatic varieties and particularly those from Alsace so it was only a matter of time until they took on the challenge of Pinot Gris and have no doubt championed the variety. One sniff of the glass and its like you can smell their dedication and hard work, nothing short of stunning.

Lifted aromas of nashi pear, honeysuckle, red apple, and white florals.

A crisp, clean, lightly footed Pinot Gris with a purity and class that stands out amongst the crowd. Great length, drive and of a zippy nature. 100% engaging and delicious. There is lovely fleshiness and where the aromas are mirrored as flavours on the palate, along with savoury undertones which are balanced by a fine, supple texture and lingering minerality. This release is a dry style which has concentration, balance, and great texture with layers of flavour. Drinking perfectly now through 2026 and will match with roasted chicken, pasta, or summer salads.
