August is our 25th Birthday at Fine Wine Delivery
and we’re celebrating with 25 Big Birthday deals like this…

13-bottle case of the legendary Martinborough Vineyards Te Tera Pinot Noir for just $311.88. That = a sensational $23.99 bottle for this Bob Campbell MW 94/100 rated mature vine Pinot!

Martinborough Vineyard Te Tera along with Roaring Meg are the most popular and cutting-edge quality 2nd tier Pinots in NZ. Crafted from 20+ year old vines which hugely advantages the quality and character of a 2nd tier Pinot Noir like this.

Hand made by uber talented winemaker Paul Mason (joined MV in 2007). It is hand plunged twice daily during fermentation in true Burgundy tradition… and aged for 10-months in Fine French Oak Barriques. I suspect many vineyards would be delighted if Te Tera was their 1st tier Pinot Noir.

Our 94/100 Wine Review…
Unrelenting aromas of red and black cherry, plum, cedary oak, and gentle notes of dried herbs, oregano and thyme. Beautifully elegant and silky, with a creamy palate yielding considerable weight of red and black fruits. The excellent generosity is perfectly tempered by the elegant textural, tannin and acid mix. A superb Pinot Noir experience modestly priced. Enjoy now... no rush it will age nicely through 2026.

August 1997… it’s 25-years since I began Fine Wine Delivery from a bedroom at home. These days it is the quintessential family business with 30 great staff in the wider family… an amazing milestone that should be celebrated.

This 13-bottle case of Martinborough Vineyards Te Tera Pinot Noir for 311.88 ($23.99 bottle) is just one of 25 BIG BIRTHDAY DEALS in August… so keep checking your emails and pop into 60 Constellation Drive on the Shore.

Celebrating our 25th Birthday with you… Cheers, Jeff, Virginia, Richard & Tracey

Description

Martinborough Vineyard Te Tera along with Roaring Meg are the most popular and cutting-edge quality 2nd tier Pinots in NZ. Martinborough’s vineyards were first planted in 1980 with new plantings occurring in the 1990’s. They acquired the award-winning mature vineyards of Burnt Spur circa 2000... so talented winemaker Paul Mason (joined MV in 2007) has always had lots of mature & genuine old vine fruit at his disposal. These days Te Tera is crafted from 20+ year old vines which hugely advantages the quality and character of a 2nd tier Pinot Noir like this... some vineyards would like it as their 1st tier release.
