Premium hand-harvested fruit from the famed Moutere Clays was selected for this Single Vineyard Pinot Noir. A robust, powerful style yet still shows elegance, full of savoury fruit and spice.
Smells
Concentrated aroma, with layers of plum, cherry, and oak-derived spice.
Tastes
Full-bodied, but smooth and silky, dark fruits, ripe plum and berries give way to balanced oak complexities. The tannins have power and a presence giving weight and longevity. Drinking well from 2025 until 2029 and will match with game meats.
