There are very few wines in the world better suited to a Kiwi BBQ than Trapiche Oak Cask Malbec, its medium-bodied weight and smoky, dark fruit flavours positively crying out for a medium-rare sirloin and a sausage sanger. Nine months in oak barrels helps temper the blackberry flavours, adding a layer of savoury interest that will keep your attention long after the BBQ has been extinguished.
