Description
This limited edition Sparkling Rose was created to celebrate the partnership between Huia and KIWI fashion designer, Kate Sylvester. Not only delicious but stylish too, especially the label and packaging, one look and it suggests a fashion designer was involved with the label design. The wine is 100% Pinot Noir from the excellent 2019 vintage.
Smells
A fulsome nose of raspberry, strawberry, and freshly baked brioche.
Tastes
A very stylish palate bursting with bright red berry fruits, raspberries, and red currants with hints of strawberries. The mousse is fine, and the palate long with direction and drive, and where the long, dry finish lingers. The acid is salivating, offering balance, poise, and focus. Drink now with smoked salmon pate.
