Smells
A charming dried herbal note adds character to the red and dark fruit aromas combined with an earthy, spicy vein, all enhancing the complexity of this enticing wee wine.
Tastes
the grainy, fine tannins hold the boisterous fruit in check through a pleasantly persistent finish. Dark plum flavours burst onto the palate and finish with lovely meaty, savoury, and gamey nuances. Easy to drink and very versatile for entertaining, with food or without, this is best in its youth through 2026. Perfect with red meat on the BBQ. For optimal drinking pleasure, the recommended serving temperature is 16-18 degrees.
