This 5 star prestige Martinborough Pinot Noir was made with fruit off the oldest and best vineyards in Martinborough. It exudes the first-class craftsmanship of its outstanding NZ winemaker. Crafted exclusively for one of NZ's finest Luxury Lodges and a handful of NZ's finest restaurants, it was made with no expense spared. Of course, Covid-19 has changed all that completely... who knows when these fine establishments can return to normal? Accordingly, the winery has made the sensible decision to dramatically reduce the price of this outstanding prestige Pinot Noir and clear it. At $50 per bottle, this is an intense and elegant wine that is drinking superbly now but will continue to gain complexity for more years to come. But at $26.99, this is a Pinot experience that stands head and shoulders above its price peers, its pure fruit enchanting, complexity delightful and class unmissable. To protect winemaker and brand pedigree from major public discounting its identity will remain secret until it arrives on your doorstep where all will be revealed.

Pure and intense cherry and red berries are entwined with smoked meats and fine cedar.

From the first sip its pedigree is obvious, black cherry and berries fill the palate, accentuated by wild thyme and spice. Very smooth and compact tannins carry its full palate to an extended, juicy, and gratifying finish. A seductive and superbly crafted Pinot that will draw you back to the glass again and again. Enjoy now through to 2025 with game dishes, smoked lamb loin or roast fennel & mushroom gratin... the options are many.
