Description
A superlative Nelson Pinot Noir grown on the Moutere clay gravels in a classic Nelson vintage with a procession of sunny days. Tannin ripeness was achieved earlier than usual due to the excellent heat accumulation, the wine handplunged for 4 weeks prior to 11 months in 100% French Oak. A deeply fruited and concentrated style of Pinot Noir, with herbal complexity and lift that assures you of its premium pricetag and pedigree. Cellar through 2028.

Lovely floral fragrance, sweet herbal nuances, leather, summer plum and cherry fruit.
Tastes
Elegant compote of plum and fresh cherry fruits layered with subtle savoury tastes. It’s perfectly structured tannins and acidity ensure the flavours are carried deeply onto the palate. A real foody's Pinot this, it will be a perfect match with game meats and roast pork.
