Deep, dark aromas of plums, cola, mushrooms, forest floor with cured meats and an umami note, a harmony of fruit and tertiary characteristics.
Tastes
True to style with excellent concentration, weight, and power. Now with the emerging savoury complexity, it’s a compelling package. Bottle maturation has resulted in a harmonious, integrated palate, a fluid movement across the palate of dark fruit, complexity, and structure, all as one. Obviously, this release is limited, buy a few bottles and drink over the next 2-3 years, serve with duck or roasted meats.
