Description
Langmeil are lucky to have some of the most historic and oldest vines in the Barossa, if not Australia. Their Valley Floor Shiraz is crafted from parcels from all of the 19 sub regions. Guaranteeing a well-balanced but powerful shiraz.
Smells
A very friendly nose, plum, blackberry, dark mint chocolate, with hints of leather and spice.
Tastes
Full-bodied, intense fruit. Dark berries and plums. Chocolate and vanillin. Great texture, supple tannins, and length for days. It is drinking well now but would benefit from 5+ years in the cellar. Enjoy with BBQed sirloin steak or chargrilled eggplant. The recommended serving temperature is 16-18 degrees.
