Smells
warm notes of wild black berries, cinnamon, spice, giving way to dark chocolate and cherries.
Tastes
Black cherry flavours charge the length of the palate with white and black peppercorns and pink ones thrown in for good measure. There is a juicy succulence to the palate with a moderately soft acid/tannin structure, making it a very moorish wine. Perfect drinking now through 2023.
