That’s what NOW stands for Natural Organic Wine, made by the highly regarded Paxton Wines of McLaren Vale. The grapes were harvested at their optimum ripeness and gently hand plunged for 14-days in open top fermenters to extract all the richness and intensity of the fruit.

Full, dense aromas of raspberries and plums, dark chocolate and cocoa with a hint of pepper and spice..

This is choc-full of flavour, ripe and juicy McLaren Vale Shiraz. Loaded with red berry fruits, boysenberries, plums, and hints of warm spice. The tannins are gentle, the fruit vibrant and the mouthfeel generous. If you are exploring natural wines or simply love a great tasting Shiraz, this is your wine.
