Named in honour of Hugo Gramp, the grandson of Johann Gramp who was killed in a tragic air accident in 1938, St Hugo represents the pinnacle of what can be achieved in any given vintage. This classic Barossa Shiraz offers all that we have come to know and love from this variety grown in the Barossa, big, ripe, and powerful as well as 500% satisfying.

A haunting scent of blackberries, dark chocolate, black liquorice, and hints of wood smoke with subtle notes of toasty oak.

Very powerful and intensely concentrated, with embracing tannins providing the framework for a long cellar life. Dark, deep, and brooding, stuffed with fresh black fruits infused with fine vanilla oak and a complex array of classic Shiraz tastes, taking your palate on a very long journey. A ripe expression, yet no eucalypt or mint characters, simply irresistible.
