Smells
dark fruits, blackberries with hedonistic aromas of mocha, bitter chocolate, cedar, and cinnamon with a lovely high-tone floral lift of fresh rose petals and rosehips.
Tastes
Ripe fruit, plums, and chocolate with dusty and earthy hints, showing the more savoury and restrained characters of the Clare. Smooth tannins and good acidity, combined with the ripe and complex fruit, making perfect everyday drinking. The perfect BBQ wine and the recommended serving temperature is 16-18 degrees.
