The cult wine is back… Tempus Two has a big following and it’s no surprise given it’s sourced from old, dry-farmed vineyards in the renowned Barossa Valley. This wine is intensely flavoured, with great structure and ageing potential. Low-cropping vines further add to the boldness and power found in this wine.
Smells
Bold blackberry fruit aromas are underpinned by shortcake, blackberry crumble and subtle vanilla notes.
Tastes
Rich, concentrated and salivating with ripe blackberry notes that combine beautifully with strong vanillin and mocha chocolate from the American oak maturation. Silky smooth with soft tannins, this wine will continue to soften with bottle ageing for up to 10 years. Ideal with a juicy steak.
