Wild Folk shines a light on wines made without artifice and intervention. Fruit nurtured in the vineyard, handled gently in the winery without additions, that taste as nature intended. No fining or filtration and no sulphur means these are natural expressions of the varieties and the regions they were grown in. Wild yeast fermented, vegan friendly, nothing but fermented grapes at their finest.
Smells
a heady bouquet with black and blue berries, potpourri, white and black pepper with exotic Asian spice.
Tastes
Richness reigns with a striking purity of fruit, full bodied, concentrated with texture and weight in the mouth. The tannins are velvety adding structure to the abundant fruit, with a long persistent finish. Perfect on its own or with food, dangerously drinkable now and will age 6-8years in the bottle.
