Art Series is Leeuwin Estate's pinnacle Chardonnay with 2020 being the 44th vintage and a recent recipient of 99/100 from Ray Jordan and Ken Gargett and 97/100 from Campbell Mattinson and Stuart Knox. They are impressive scores, to say the least. Aged vines, possibly the world’s most consistent climate, uncompromising viticulture, and winemaking. Reminiscent of the greatest white Burgundies, very Batard-Montrachet as it explodes across the palate unleashing its powerful concentration and creamy layers of texture whilst retaining its poise.
