Smells
Blackberry and currant with savoury spice, anise, and a whiff of eucalypt.
Tastes
Very juicy and balanced entry onto the palate with ripe black fruits and savoury spice/herb contrast. True Cabernet flavours delivered in a surprisingly elegant body, surprising given the price of it. The fine tannin/acid balance will ensure that apart from being very drinkable on its own, it will pair well with a wide range of weightier dishes from chicken through to beef, or richer vegetarian options like eggplant or courgette. Enjoy now through 2024-26.
