Smells
Dark and brooding with black berry current, violets, red liquorice, dried herb, and baking-spice like oak notes
Tastes
Full flavoured with great dusty tannins and good length, juicy black fruits are balanced by oak spice. This wine is very enjoyable in its youth but will age gracefully for up to 10 years. Serve with roasted meats and for optimal drinking pleasure serve at 16-17 degrees.
