In its fourth year of production, it is thoroughly enjoyable now but has surprising depth and complexity at the price and will cellar comfortably for up to 5 years from the vintage. Smells
Bright red and dark fruits, with enticing aromas of wildflowers and savoury spice.
Tastes
Somewhat deceptively so, the palate initially seems light and delicate, but it quickly builds in your mouth unleashing ample weight and power. Luscious fruits wrapped in gently clinging mouthfeel, spice and savoury complexities kick in mid-palate and carry through to the juicy, lengthy finish. A perfect sweet and savoury contrast accented by French oak, silky texture, and elegant tannin. Enjoy with white and red meats, now through 2025+.
