Made from multiple parcels of Chardonnay planted with many clones on the stony soils within the Gimblett Gravels Vineyard, and where each parcel contributes a unique character to the wine.
Smells
Vibrant aromas of white peach flesh, freshly toasted hazelnuts and brioche.
Tastes
Effortlessly flavourful and balanced, with an abundance of fruit intensity and richness wrapped by a saline acid line giving vitality. A standout wine from the 2022 vintage. Drinking well now through 2028 and will match with vegetarian dishes, pasta and white meats. The recommended serving temperature is 10-13 degrees.
