Description
Named after Tim and Judy’s daughter Rosie, the block sits on a slightly higher elevation to the Home Block but only about 1km away. The second vintage of this wine, that is set to become a classic single vineyard expression of what they call “Moutereness” - a complex combination of restrained and elegant savoury notes bound together by something reminiscent of a lazy, hazy summer evening.
Smells
Fresh white nectarine and grapefruit, with hints of green tea and oyster shell.
Tastes
Pure and vibrant on the palate, stonefruit and citrus meld beautifully with a saline mineral edge. Seasoned oak ensures a creamy texture while retaining a bright lemon line of acidity with just a touch of spice on the long lingering finish. Enjoy with 1 dozen Bluff Oysters or any shellfish dish. Drink now through to 2028.
