Description
Bussiador" is a great expression of Chardonnay from Langhe, declassified Chardonnay grapes hand-harvested from several vineyards within the greater Bussia Cru, fermented and matured in oak barriques for 12 months. An opulent, beautiful Chardonnay offering a delicious drinking style that will also cellar for 5years+ in a temperature-controlled cellar.
Smell: ripe stone fruit aromas, white peach, mangoes, freshly squeezed lemon with dried apricot and spice notes.
Tastes: A rich, opulent, and voluptuous wine with fruit flavours neatly wrapped within the crushed stone, and mineral vein. The ripe stone fruit aromas are mirrored on the palate, balanced by an oyster shell saltiness giving a lively, silky, fine finish. Serve with cheese or your favourite white meat.
