the bouquet and palate are 100% in sync, in that the palate delivers everything the aromas suggest. Completely satisfying with oodles of creamy Chardonnay texture supported by stone fruit and nashi pear flavours. There is a hint of oak complimenting the clean, fresh, and long finish, all balanced by a cleansing acid thread. A wine that truly speaks of Margaret River Chardonnay as well as offering excellent value for money for everyday drinking wines. Perfect with goat cheese, summer salads and white meats.
