The oak adds a new addition of complexity and structure whilst maintaining the true Black Barn house stamp. Smells
aromas of peach skin, hazelnuts, cashews, hints of nectarines, nashi pears and citrus peel.
Tastes
a refined style, with subtle flavours of freshly squeezed lemons, tropical notes, warmed baking spice and the slightest hint of vanilla and toasty oak. Perfect for lovers of a more restrained style of Chardonnay showing layers of complexity and structure. Drinking well now through 2026 and it will match with summer soups, salads and white meats.
