Smells
An aromatic statement of fine Chardonnay. Intense grapefruit, toasty oak, lemon curd, melon, cinnamon and other baking spice, nougat, French tarragon, subtle burnt match and toasty oak.
Tastes
A striking, captivating palate, lemon, grapefruit, lime skin, black salted liquorice, hints of wheat biscuit, nougat, toasty vanilla oak and a long saline finish. The chalky texture elevates the lingering palate even further, it just needs 5years minimum for the complete integration of this complex Chardonnay. Cellar 10years +, it will pay you back in the glass big time. Nothing less than sensational.
