The limestone-rich clay soils of Waipara now produce many of NZ's finest Chardonnays with this Greystone at the cutting edge in terms of quality but lagging with its modest price vs absolute quality. Only produced in tiny quantities, Fine Wine Delivery Co customers have accounted for much of NZ’s retail allocation. We are full of admiration and excitement for this refined and complex Kiwi Chardonnay with a leaning toward French White Burgundy in style.
Smells
A whiff of oyster shell and flint mingles with sophisticated floral and spice notes over top of peach and toasted nuts.
