Smells
A heady and explosive nose of vanilla, pineapple, and peach, with hints of biscuit, butter and spice.
Tastes
Toasty, creamy and nutty, with plenty of ripe peach, mango, and citrus notes, with a trace of vanilla and honey. The quality of the French and American Oak shines through as well as the creamy notes from 100% malolactic fermentation. Full, toasty, and rich with good freshness and tension to improve its drinkability, this wine will provide great pleasure to Chardonnay lovers through 2025 and beyond. It screams for roasted chicken or turkey and all the trimmings.
