Description
Montsablé Réserve represents the pinnacle of site selection within the Haute Vallée de l’Aude, the coolest of all the Mediterranean regions of France due to altitude and influence of the cool Atlantic wind, the Vent Cers. Altitude, climate and limestone rich soils combine to produce outstanding fruit, with which they create wines of elegance and freshness.
Smells
Ripe peaches, apples, mandarins, cashews, baking spice plus a waft of vanilla.
Tastes
A well rounded palate, stonefruit and citrus giving way to roasted nuts and grapefruit pith. Appealing creamy texture and that carries this rich, concentrated, Burgundian like French Chardonnay to a pure, crisp finish. Enjoy now to 2028 with fish and chicken dishes. Recommended serving temperature 9 -11 degrees.
