Vintage 2019
Country New Zealand

Fat on the palate, sassy on the finish is how Tony Bish describes this extremely popular Chardonnay. A third aged in oak cuve and a third in barriques with full lees stirring and malolactic fermentation (adding creamy, buttery notes). These are the winemaking specifications of Chardonnay generally selling for considerably more money! Tony combines pure fruit, buttery and creamy elements and finesse in a Chardonnay you'll never tire of.

Gorgeous aromas of peaches and nectarines with citrus, spice and nutty notes.

Fat and rich in the palate as the name suggests, layers of stonefruits, butter and lemon-curd flavours unravel with beautiful nutty and spicy edges. The creamy texture carries the flavours through the palate to a rich and toasty finish. Enjoy now through 2022 on a regular basis.
